NATO Operation Sea Guardian (OSG) Special Operations Command Control Element (SOCCE) reaches Full Operational Capability.  On Sept.20, under MARCOM and SOCCE control, an opposed live boarding exercise commenced with the participation of Turkish Navy Special Operational Forces and OSG assigned Turkish units.
